Therm Ayre took the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just treating the symptoms. The technician discovered that my Rheem evaporator coil was not properly supported inside my Goodman cabinet, causing the drain pan to sit incorrectly. He fabricated a metal support bracket and secured the coil in the proper position, cleaned the outdoor condenser, and verified everything was draining correctly. Since the repair, the system has been cooling normally, the condensate has been draining as expected, and, most importantly, my crawlspace has remained dry. I really appreciated the technician's professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to identify the actual root cause rather than applying a temporary fix. It's clear he takes pride in his work. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Therm Ayre to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable HVAC service.
